So here I am, updating my journal, because I need something to
do for a few hours.

I need to stay awake until midnight, (fully within my capabilities, I
assure you,) to feed my mom's injured cat named Snoop Ninja Baby.
Or Bubbie, for short.
She was bitten, or something like that. The vets managed to repair
the hole in her trachea, but now she won't eat.
So she has a feeding tube in her left nostril. Lovely.

I ended up "temporarily donating" my meager savings left over from last year's summer job to pay the bill for her surgery. It's not like I
was using it for anything though. Plus, I should get paid back eventually. From now on, I'll call my savings the "Emergency
Reserve Fund". It almost sounds cool. But that stuff is kind of depressing.

AND NOW FOR SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT

I did manage to make/scavenge some interesting textures, as well
as crank out variously themed sketches, so as soon as I get them
scanned I can . . . do stuff. Though, first I need to make . . .
AN ANIMATED AVATAR! Little sisters need cool stuff too.
Mine wants an animated Nihlus avy for something called the Wolfquest (?) forums. Okay . . . Time to find some Nihlus reference
screenshots! I'll try Bioware.com first.

And I just noticed an enormous spider on the floor. I didn't think they got that big where I live. You learn something new every day.
Night,whatever. Now, to remove it before my mom finds it,
(she can't stand spiders!) I guess I'll have to toss it out a window, the house is already locked down.
